For Kim and for me, the cardinal rule of accumulating is that we each have to like a work. We all the time say, “We agree to agree.” Happily, finding art we’re each keen about comes naturally for us. We also recognize a duty to make the humanities inclusive, and that’s very much our ethos of amassing at present.
