Disclosure Policy

At Autos 360, we recognize that transparency is the bedrock of trust—especially when you’re sizing up a pre-owned vehicle from every conceivable angle. From the moment we launched in 2021, our mission has been to deliver 360-degree vehicle assessments that mirror the meticulous inspection you’d perform at a dealer: checking the panel gaps, sniffing for burnt oil, pressing every button, and crawling under the chassis. This Disclosure Policy is our vehicle’s owner’s manual for how we manage relationships, compensation, and editorial independence. We want you to know exactly what’s under the hood, so you can make purchase decisions with your eyes wide open.

Our Partnerships & Listing Integrations
Autos 360 actively participates in the following automotive marketplaces and industry bodies: Mobil123, Droom, and Gaikindo (the Indonesian Automotive Industry Association). These relationships allow us to access real-time inventory data, pricing benchmarks, and manufacturer specifications that enrich our assessments. In exchange, we may receive listing fees, referral commissions, or data licensing fees from these partners. However, all vehicle assessments—whether written by our editorial team or generated via our proprietary scoring algorithm—are never influenced by these partnerships. We do not accept payment for favorable reviews, and any vehicle that appears in our content is evaluated solely on the physical and mechanical condition observed during our walkaround process. When a partner’s listing is featured, we clearly label it (e.g., “Listed on Mobil123”) so you can cross-reference the price and history yourself.

How We Make Money & What It Means for You
Autos 360 generates revenue through several channels, and we disclose each one here to eliminate any guesswork:

  • Affiliate Commissions – When you click a link to a partner site (such as Mobil123 or Droom) and subsequently purchase a vehicle inspection package, extended warranty, or financing product, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These links are marked with a “Affiliate” tag.
  • Sponsored Assessments – Occasionally, a dealership or manufacturer may sponsor a specific vehicle assessment. In those cases, the content is clearly labeled as “Sponsored” at the top of the page. The sponsor has no editorial control over the assessment’s verdict—they cannot request removal of a low score or alteration of a defect list.
  • Premium Listings – Sellers and dealers can pay to have their vehicles featured more prominently in our search results or comparison tables. These listings are always marked with a “Promoted” badge, and they do not affect our scoring or ranking algorithms.

No revenue stream—whether from affiliate commissions, sponsored content, or premium placements—compromises our commitment to a thorough, no-angle-left-unchecked walkaround. Every assessment still includes a 360-point inspection checklist covering engine bay, undercarriage, interior electronics, paint thickness, tire wear, and test-drive dynamics.

User Reviews & Community Contributions
Registered users of Autos 360 can submit their own reviews, photos, and maintenance logs for vehicles they have owned or inspected. We moderate these submissions for abusive language, spam, and obvious conflicts of interest (e.g., a dealer posting fake glowing reviews of their own stock). However, we do not pay for reviews, nor do we remove negative reviews simply because they are unflattering. If a user-reviewer discloses a relationship with a seller or manufacturer, we flag that disclosure. We encourage all community members to read our User Review Guidelines (available on our Contact Us page) for a full walkaround of our moderation policies, including how we handle disputes and appeals.

Your Trust, Our Compass
This Disclosure Policy is a living document, updated as our business models evolve. We are always open to questions, clarifications, or concerns—no angle is too small. For specific inquiries about a particular assessment, partnership, or compensation structure, please visit our Contact Us page and reach out to our compliance team. We will respond with the same level of detail you’d expect from one of our 360-degree reports: thorough, honest, and leaving no stone unturned. Your ability to shop with confidence is our ultimate benchmark, and we hold ourselves to it every single day.
